It's been a tough year.
But life goes on—and so does cycling.

We're all plugging forward. Improving our fitness. Discussing ways to address our challenges on the bike (sometimes off the bike too.) 

My goal is to create a safe cycling community where we can work together and improve together. 

Check out these three options to get you
through the winter. 
 

Month-to-Month Plan 
Starting 11/01/2020
$99 per month
 


Choose this if you would like to improve your fitness, and benefit from a real cycling community. You will get two classes per week to build endurance, strength, and overall performance.  

What's included? 

  • Assessment of your needs and fitness level

  • FTP test to determine training zones 

  • 2 prescribed classes per week, (you can do this at your convenience or on our group Zoom class.
    (see example schedule)

 

Pre Season Builder 
The 3-month plan - starts 11/01/2020
$129 per month
 


This program lays the foundation for improvement. Whether your goal is your first race or beat your best time, we make sure you get there by learning and utilizing my 4 Pillar Foundation™ plan. We will cover multiple aspects of training including ways to improve your efficiency and endurance, avoid burnout, and overcome injuries. 

 

What's included? 

  • Assessment of your needs and fitness level

  • FTP test to determine training zones 

  • 3-month training program / 24 prescribed workouts  
    (see example schedule)

  • Coached workouts with data analysis and feedback
    via Today's Plan 

  • Weekly training programs updated and
    trainer / outdoors ready 

  • Training plans loaded in Today’s Plan training software 

  • Free basic training software uploaded on all devices 

  • Plus, weekend group ride options (weather permitting)

It’s all about you! Designed to meet your specific goals—be it a 50-mile race or a multi-day event— this program brings everything together from the start line to the finish line. Utilizing my 4 Pillar Foundation™ techniques, you’ll get advice on every aspect of riding and competing—plus racing strategies, equipment analysis, and access to a riding community to make it happen. 

 

What's included? 

  • Assessment of your needs and fitness level

  • FTP test to determine training zones 

  • A fully optimized and updated weekly training schedule 
    (see example schedule)

  • Coached workouts with data analysis and feedback
    via Today's Plan

  • One-on-one status calls via Zoom/phone or in-person

  • Training plans loaded in Today’s Plan training software 

  • Free basic training software uploaded on all devices 

  • + weekend outdoor training ride options for both gravel and road disciplines 


What you will need to participate: 

  • Power Meter or Smart Trainer [Don't have a Smart Trainer? Contact me, I might be able to help you!]

  • Laptop, tablet, or phone to stream the workout

  • Dedicated wifi or internet connection 

  • Zwift subscription (optional for virtual rides)
