RIDE CALENDAR outdoor/indoor 2020/21
Instructions on how to book yourself to the Pre Season Builder program
1) Review the training schedule (PDF)
2) Each class has a max of 50 rider [Swift meetup] if you do not want to join the meet up you can do the workout by yourself and your own time.
3) Please review the equipment and technology needed for this training, any questions contact me directly.
4) You secure your place in a program by making payment.
5) When you book, please email the time slot you will be interested in joining.
6) Drop in session please book 48 hrs in advance first come first serve and cancellations has to be done to coached via text 24 hours in advance.
